Employee Opinion Survey (EOS)

One of Olympic Steel's most important measurements of success is the annual Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) results. This survey reflects how employees feel about their jobs and about the company as a whole. Our management considers this measurement tool as important as any financial indicator. After all, the engine that drives an organization's success is its people.
