Intern Project
“For my summer internship project, I worked alongside the corporate communications/marketing team, and the Schaumburg inside sales team. My summer projects were focused on internal and external communications. My tasks ranged from the production of social media posts, to developing a constant contact email to Schaumburg’s customer base.”

Why did you choose to intern for Olympic Steel?

• “I have chosen Olympic Steel for three summers now, because of the people. Throughout my time here I have been able to learn and grow in a caring and inclusive community.”

• “I hope to continue growing, learning, and applying new skills.”

• “I like to spend time with my family and friends.”

What is your proudest moment so far?

• “Winning the state championship for hockey.”
