| Olympic Steel, Inc., a national steel service center with Corporate Headquarters in Bedford Heights, OH, has an immediate need for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team!
There is an open position for a Yardman/Truck Driver on 2 nd shift (Note: Hours will vary dependent on production/business needs). The responsibilities of this position include: staging house trucks for loading, moving stock between buildings, tarping and securing loads, and ensuring the safe movement of material on the property.
Candidates that apply for the above listed position, must understand and be willing to complete the responsibilities of all the job activities required and must at a minimum, meet the qualifications listed below:
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Driving record must be clear of any violations – must be in good standings
- Must have a Class A – CDL
- Must be insurable under the Class A license
- Able to perform multiple tasks
- Mechanically inclined
- Good attendance record and reliable
- Performance rating must be at meets expectations or higher
- Production oriented
- Safety and quality conscious
- Team player
