The Southern Division has an immediate opening for a career-oriented individual.

The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for supporting/coordinating activities related to the traffic process, such as pre-notification of inbound material, input of receiving from outside vendors, and maintaining an overview of the flow of trucks in and out of the facility. This position ensures that schedules for all trucking requirements needed to fulfill internal and external customer requirements and provide on-time delivery are followed; helps ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded in a timely manner; and is responsible for implementing the dispatch schedule and coordination of fleet of trucks for delivery and receiving material. The Traffic Coordinator checks in and out-bound paperwork for accuracy, generates BOLs, logs shipping data, completes logistics reports, and performs other administrative functions necessary for the proper flow of paperwork to and from the traffic office. This position refers and/or seeks assistance regarding more complex issues from more senior employees or coworkers, and proactively involves management or other departments as needed to ensure good communication and awareness, as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail Proven teamwork skills, with ability work independently
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• 1-3 years dispatch or experience in a related field is preferred.
• Must be a self-starter.
