Olympic Steel Names General Manager of the Southern Division
Cleveland, Ohio --- (April 5, 2000) David A. Wolfort, Chief Operating Officer of Olympic Steel, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZEUS) announced today that Gerald E. Dawson has joined the company as General Manager of the Southern Division. Dawson brings to the position extensive management experience in the Steel Service Center industry.
Dawson's breadth of experience has come from managing the Los Angeles, Calif., Atlanta, Ga., and Colorado Springs, Colo., Divisions for Reliance Steel and Aluminum Co. He has also served as President of Cargo Warehouse & L.A. Metal Processing.
